About Us
The Nottinghamshire Ambulance Service Retirement Association was reformed in 2014 by Steve Lees who served at West Bridgford, Beechdale and Stapleford stations.
He has organised the first meeting on 21st March 2014 at the West Notts Private Club on Noel Street, Nottingham.
Membership levels are growing steadily and the Association now get together for a meet and greet evening at 7pm every other month (see News and events page).
The club is adjacent to the Forest tram stop and also has its own parking.
The Objectives Of The Association
To continue the friendship and the Camaraderie that developed during the time spent in the ambulance service.
To promote regular meetings and social events.
To assist and support members and their partners in times of need and where necessery offer welfare.
To arrange meet and greet evenings and outings to places of interest to our members.
To promote and preserve the heritage ,knowledge and skills together with the experiences and stories of our personal past that we are all so very proud of working in the service.
To reunite our second family of our wives, partners and children who we have lost contact with but who have over the years become our work family .
